Chris and I left the kids with a sitter and went to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (commonly referred to as the U.P.). We drove along the shore of Lake Michigan to get there, stayed in a room on the shore of Lake Huron and facing Mackinac Island and took a tour of Picture Rocks on Lake Superior. We also visited Castle Rock and The Mystery Spot. It was a very cool trip and I look forward to going back.
Vacation 2007
We all went to Pennsylvania for vacation 2007! While we were there we visited Crystal Cave, Ringing Rocks and had a family reunion with the Leary's. Our next reunion may be in Michigan, but I am hoping to be able to go back to PA sometime in August.
